Founded in 2015, Fly Elephant Information Co., Ltd. is an energy software company that both writes its own code and operates its own nationwide EV charging network. We began in e-commerce and IoT systems, became an AWS partner and achieved ISO 27001 certification in 2019, and launched our charging operations management system the same year. Since 2023 our own brand evbar has grown to 179 charging sites, 479 connectors, 9,600 kW under management and more than 30,000 members across Taiwan.Our core capability is control. A single energy management system dispatches rooftop solar, battery storage, site load and EV charging together, so that saving money, earning money and never tripping the breaker happen at the same time. We hold a granted invention patent for charging power management — site-wide dynamic load balancing that lets chargers be added without raising the site's peak demand. We are a Taipower-recognised ADR (automated demand response) EMS service provider, and our system has been dispatched weekly by the utility for two consecutive years. Through evbar VPP we aggregate 145 sites and 7,484 kW of dispatchable capacity.Our offering spans the charging operations cloud platform (including white-label licensing), the PV–storage–EV EMS, residential energy storage systems, VPP aggregation and demand response services, and a storage investment assessment platform. Fly Elephant is a Google Maps data partner and an AWS partner, is ISO 27001 certified, and has been awarded Taiwan's SBIR and SBIR2+ innovation research grants. We already licence our charging platform on a white-label basis in Malaysia and are actively expanding across Southeast Asia and beyond. |
